Requirements Matric (High School Diploma) with Mathematics and a technical subject (Science, Engineering, etc.) Trade Certificate (Fitter/Turner) – Advantageous but not required Inspect and test electronic devices to identify defects. Record and report quality inspection results. Ensure products meet required standards. Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing tools. Clean and lubricate tools, perform minor repairs, and report issues. Follow safety guidelines to prevent tool damage and workplace accidents. Skills & Competencies Basic math skills for accurate measurements. Ability to read and follow technical procedures. Proficiency in English communication (reading, writing, speaking). Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment. Physical stamina (standing for long periods, handling small components). Good time management and ability to handle repetitive tasks. Willingness to work beyond regular hours when needed.
