Description

The purpose of the Graduate Internship Programme is to work under supervision to gain experience through a structured 24-month training program. The program places the intern in specific areas within TNPA (Port of Durban) based on academic background, career aspirations, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

•  Follow a structured training program
•  Undergo performance reviews and assessments
•  Perform duties as outlined in the development program
•  Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Transnet National Ports Authority

Requirements

•  National Diploma/Degree in various fields such as People Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, Marine Science, Legal, Risk, and many others listed in the job description.
