Description

As a Finance Intern (ERM) at MANCOSA, you will support the finance team in various tasks, including financial data analysis, reporting, budgeting, and market research. This internship provides hands-on experience in finance and risk management, offering exposure to financial decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

•  Data Analysis – Analyze financial data from different sources to identify trends and patterns using spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
•  Financial Reporting – Assist in preparing financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
•  Budgeting & Forecasting – Support the budgeting process by gathering data and assisting in financial forecasts.
•  Financial Modeling – Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios and investment decisions.
•  Market Research – Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and economic factors affecting financial decisions.
•  Accounting Support – Help with basic accounting tasks like data entry, account reconciliation, and invoice processing.
•  Presentation Preparation – Prepare reports and presentations summarizing financial data and insights for senior management.
•  Meeting Participation – Attend finance meetings to gain exposure to financial discussions and decision-making processes.

Requirements

•  Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
