This role offers hands-on experience in the recruitment industry with a focus on leveraging digital tools and platforms such as Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn. The internship is ideal for candidates passionate about recruitment and eager to enhance their skills in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

•  Utilize platforms like Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, and other external tools to identify potential candidates.
•  Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•  Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
•  Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
•  Schedule and coordinate interviews.
•  Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal teams.
•  Support job postings and outreach campaigns to attract talent.
•  Contribute to marketing efforts aimed at enhancing recruitment reach.
•  Prepare reports and recruitment metrics for internal review.
•  Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
•  Suggest and implement ideas to improve recruitment processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

•  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  Interest in ICT recruitment and talent acquisition.
•  Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms is advantageous.
