Description

Unemployed Learnership Face to Face Financial Advisor opportunity, incumbent must have completed a Diploma in finance, advantage and preference if any Financial planning qualifications or even RE5 certification is obtained. Learnership will start 1 April 2025 for 12 months.

Responsibilities

•  Drive sales fulfillment and ensure seamless activation.
•  Provide timely reporting on customer sales queries.
•  Enhance the brand experience during customer interactions.
•  Deepen customer relationships through consultative service.
•  Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, standards, and procedures.
•  Adhere to risk and governance requirements, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation.
•  Execute tasks based on pre-set daily plans and schedules.
•  Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports.

Requirements

•  Diploma in Finance (required).
•  Financial planning qualifications (advantageous).
•  RE5 certification (preferred).
•  Must be unemployed.
•  Willingness to participate in a 12-month learnership starting 1 April 2025.

Skills & Competencies

•  Ability to facilitate sales activation, conversion, and fulfillment processes.
•  Consultative relationship management skills.
•  Proficiency in delivering high levels of individualized service to enhance customer loyalty and generate referrals.
•  Familiarity with NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation.
•  Ability to investigate, resolve, and escalate credit- and fraud-related issues.
•  Capability to record and report transactional activities, providing monthly insights into tendencies and patterns.
•  Adherence to daily workforce plans and schedules.
•  Timely and accurate resolution of customer sales-related queries.
