Description

The key purpose of this role is to assist learners with undertaking a period of workplace-based learning as part of the requirement to obtain an “N” Diploma.

The learner will be provided with an opportunity to gain practical work experience through our In-Service Training Programme.

Responsibilities

•  Assist with day-to-day operations and tasks
•  Gain hands-on experience
•  Support administrative and technical duties as required
•  Maintain accurate records and documentation
•  Collaborate with team members and contribute to projects
•  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

•  N6 National Certificate in Human Resources Management
•  Between the Age of 18 - 34
