As a Marketing Intern at iMasFinance in Centurion, you’ll collaborate with teams across marketing, customer service, and IT to enhance customer experiences. Key responsibilities include supporting customer-centric marketing campaigns, analyzing feedback to identify improvement areas, managing the brand’s online presence, and helping develop content for digital channels.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and IT, to gather insights that improve the overall customer experience.
Assist in developing and executing customer-centric marketing campaigns across digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Support the analysis of customer feedback and engagement data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
Assist in monitoring and managing the brand's online presence, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and enhancing the customer journey.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies aimed at improving customer loyalty and retention.
Help create engaging content that aligns with the customer experience strategy, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback through various platforms (e.g., CATI, Focus Groups, Online Surveys).
Collect, proofread, and analyze data related to customer satisfaction and experience metrics, ensuring accurate data entry into the appropriate systems.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations that highlight customer insights, campaign performance, and recommendations for enhancements to improve customer engagement.
Work closely with the customer experience team to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in optimizing customer touchpoints.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and customer experience strategies to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
Provide administrative support to the marketing and customer experience teams as needed.
Conduct surveys via CATI
Capture and proofread data collected via CATI or Focus groups.
Collect data and enter information into a database.
Ensure that data collection sources are accurate.
Examine data inputs.
Use statistical software to create data models.
