Novus Print seeks to appoint a diligent Human Resources Intern in the HR Department. This position is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for a student studying towards a qualification and requires in service training/work exposure for a period of 12 months. The successful incumbent will work closely with the Human Resources team and will report directly to the Group Executive: HR.

Responsibilities

•  The recruitment process, e.g., screening of applications, selection, assessment and placement
•  On boarding, orientation and induction process
•  Compiling related HR reports
•  HR transactions (contracts, filing, etc.)
•  Governance and compliance
•  General Labour relations processes, procedures and typing of minutes
•  Training and developmental processes

Requirements

•  3-year degree or equivalent diploma in HR
•  Graduate or final year student
•  Matric (Grade 12)
•  Final year student
