Description

This role focuses on supporting credit control and finance functions by managing account data, payments, and billing processes. Responsibilities include data cleaning, transformation, and analysis, preparing reports on findings, and coordinating with call centers on account management tasks like new account setups, closures, billing adjustments, and handling VAS (Value Added Services) contracts. Additionally, the role involves bi-monthly site visits to call centers and managing legal handovers.

Responsibilities

•  Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare it for analysis.
•  Assist in conducting data analysis using statistical methods, data visualization tools.
•  Summarize findings in clear and concise reports.
•  Liaise with Call Centres:
•  New accounts, closure of accounts
•  management of direct payments
•  Stop/Activate Billing
•  Management of VAS contracts of accounts with other code rejections
•  Management of Legal Handovers.
•  Site visit to call centres bi-monthly.

Requirements

•  National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12.
