Responsibilities
Supporting the recruitment process.
Facilitating the employee onboarding process.
Assisting with administration of employee leave, time, and attendance.
Coordinating performance appraisals and probation meetings.
Assisting with employee transfers, promotions, and general HR requests.
Facilitating the employee exit process.
Administration of provident funds, medical aid, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Updating and maintaining HR databases.
Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
Solid computer literacy is a must.
Good typing and administration skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A strong sense of teamwork.
Ability to prioritise work efficiently.
Deadline driven.
Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations occurring as a result of workloads and/or deadlines.
