Description

The Indigent Clerk at the City of Ekurhuleni's Health & Social Development Department is responsible for administrative and clerical duties related to data management. The role involves ensuring compliance with work control, safety, and financial procedures to support efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

•  Effectively apply data management and administrative duties.
•  Perform administrative and clerical duties.
•  Make sure that own work is in line with work control and safety requirements.
•  Do own work well to prevent financial losses by adhering to all financial procedures in the division to promote quality service delivery.
•  Be part of culture that treats people well, builds relationships and keep customers happy.
•  Promoting Batho Pele principles during service delivery, one on one communication.

Requirements

•  Grade 12.
•  Certificate in Administration/ Computer Literacy.
•  1 -2 years' experience in a similar environment (will be an added advantage).
