Responsibilities
Liaison with customers via telephone or email as and when required.
Ensure all messages are conveyed to relevant people.
Ensure that all communication done by Administrator is done in a professional manner at all times.
Supply HR and Payroll with relevant instructions before payroll cut off date.
Capturing, processing and forwarding of timesheets on a monthly basis.
Assist with sample registration as and when required.
Maintain hard copy Sample Register as and when required.
Performing reception duties as and when required in a friendly and efficient manner offering refreshments to visitors.
Maintain quality, efficiency and confidentiality of service.
Liaise with and assist Supervisor / Manager as and when required.
Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
Ensure prompt and efficient handling of documents, invoices and other instructions as trained and per applicable procedure.
Attend to operational matters related to new and repetitive instructions received from customers/operations manager.
Typing of documents including but is not limited to reports, e-mails, orders and requisitions.
Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager.
Requirements
Grade 12.
Language: Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (Read, write, speak).
Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Administrative experience will be an advantage.
