Description

To provide effective front desk management and support function to the designated managers and teams, and to ensure the smooth running of the front office.

Responsibilities

•  To manage reception and the overflow calls from the main switchboard. Ensure external parties are welcomed and helped courteously and professionally on behalf of Premier and directing calls correctly.
•  To effectively manage incoming and outgoing packages with the postal and courier services to ensure timeous delivery.
•  Ensuring all switchboard communication goes out timeously.
•  Controlling and maintaining all data sheets.
•  Liaising with all customers in a professional manner.
•  General administrative duties when required.
•  Maintains an efficient and accurate recording of documents and filing system.
•  Display initiative in the coordination and efficient running of the front office.
•  Managing housekeeping and a collaborative and high-performance working environment.

Requirements

•  Matric.
•  National Diploma – Administration and Office Support or Business Administration an added advantage.
•  1-3 Years receptionist experience in a FMCG environment.

•  Computer literacy; packages word, excel, outlook.
•  Ability to use initiative and ability to work independently.
•  Strong follow up skills.
•  Communication skills (verbal and written).
•  Ability to multi-task, meets deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
•  Highly organised with the ability to adapt, respond to, and manage change in a dynamic, high pressure environment.
•  Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
