Maintain the Regional Manager’s diary and filing system. Coordinate operational travel and accommodation bookings. Manage orders, CAPEX for the operations department, and compile weekly/monthly operational reports. Handle client-related tasks such as complaints, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining communication regarding client cancellations. Assist with managing excess leave, screening documentation, and telephone calls for the Regional Manager. Support Area Managers and Training Instructors with ad-hoc tasks. Ensure cleanliness and security of the AR Department and Regional Manager's office. Serve as EHS representative for the AR department.
Requirements Matric. Excellent Communication Skills (English and Afrikaans). Computer literacy essential (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook. Skills & Competencies Ability to handle pressure.
