The Scatec Youth Talent Academy invites you to participate in our initiative to develop young talent for the Renewable Sector, focusing on the critical skills needed today and in the future. The YES4Youth program is a flagship initiative is aimed at uplifting communities and addressing unemployment in South Africa. As Scatec SSA, we want to be part of the solution and contribute towards skills development and community upliftment through this initiative.

•  The programme is designed for unemployed youth individuals residing in De Aar, Burgersdorp, Upington and Ceres areas.
•  Between the ages of 18 to 35.
