Description

The vacancy exists within the Documentation department in the Distributions Division and reports to the Supervisor: Copyright. The purpose of the position is to ensure that all works on the SAMRO system are activated or amended with the correct copyright owners and shareholding.

Responsibilities

•  Activation and amending of Copyright.
•  Quality of activated works.

Requirements

•  Intermediate level of PC & Keyboard skills including working knowledge of word processing & spreadsheet packages.
•  Matric.
•  6 months experience as Data Capturer.
•  Excellent data capturing skills (speed and accuracy).
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  A basic numerical ability.
•  Proven ability to analyse information with a logic systematic approach.
•  Working knowledge of SAMRO systems and research methodology would be an advantage.
