Responsibilities

•  Manage collections and deliveries for the company.
•  Coordinate and dispatch Delivery Notes (DNs) to the warehouses.
•  Scan and upload financial documents to the Dext accounting system.
•  Scan and upload Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to SharePoint.
•  Obtain and manage transport quotes (both local and international).
•  Handle insurance claims and incident reports.
•  Organize company events and assist with event planning.
•  Maintain and report on petty cash expenses.

Requirements

•  Relevant administrative experience is beneficial.
