Responsibilities

•  Review and assess reckless credit applications to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
•  Conduct thorough investigations of clients’ financial status to determine their creditworthiness.
•  Prepare and maintain detailed records of all applications and decisions made, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
•  Coordinate with sales agents to gather necessary documentation from clients and ensure timely application processing.
•  Communicate effectively with clients to clarify information, request additional documentation, or provide updates on application statuses.
•  Assist in risk assessments and flag potential high-risk clients or credit issues for further investigation.
•  Liaise with internal teams (finance, legal, etc.) to ensure proper management of credit applications and resolutions.
•  Handle client queries and resolve issues related to credit applications in a professional manner.
•  Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that all practices comply with the National Credit Act and other relevant laws.

Requirements

•  Must have a matric certificate.
•  Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
