Description

CHP would like to offer a 2-year contract to an eager, dynamic and hard-working person. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop competencies in a variety of administrative and financial areas and develop a range of skills for use in their future career. Induction will be provided as well as essential training on the Wits Software system (ORACLE I-Proc & Project Modules).

Responsibilities

•  Assisting the administrative and finance team with a variety of financial and administrative tasks.
•  Procurement.
•  Input of publications information on the Wits publication site.
•  Website maintenance.
•  Preparing meeting rooms with refreshments and equipment.
•  Managing grocery and stationery supplies.
•  Deliveries and collections.
•  Photocopying & filing.
•  Maintaining equipment and asset registers.
•  Data capturing.
•  Preparation of payment requests, payroll claims and internal requisitions.
•  Student administration.

Requirements

•  Matric certificate.
•  Preferably studying towards their post-school qualification, (preferable in administration or finance).
•  Basic computer skills.
•  A driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience.
•  Some work experience will be an added advantage.
