Description

Assist management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service and observing and maintaining all store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

•  Ensure the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.
•  Complete regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc.
•  Assist with ticketing products and checking paperwork against items received.
•  Assist in product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis.
•  Ensure that company assets and stock are always secured to alleviate shrinkage.
•  Assist in developing displays of merchandise or follow suggestions or schedules provided by the store management team.
•  Attain proficiency with the point-of-sale system by acquiring system utilization skills.
•  Ensure integrity is maintained through attention to policy and procedure.
•  Use selling techniques such as add-on sales and describing technical information to customers to enhance salesmanship and reach store and position sales goals.
•  Greet customers in the store and assist them in finding the right product.
•  Occasionally serve as a greeter at the front door during busy workdays.
•  Maintain general housekeeping standards.
•  Ensure safekeeping of company assets.

Requirements

•  Matric certificate.
•  0 – 1 years of retail experience.
