The Furniture Division of the Shoprite Group, Africa's largest retailer, currently has an exciting opportunity available to join our Furniture Online team. This opportunity will have you operating in a fast-paced furniture retail environment. If you have a good administrative background and great Excel skills, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

•  Effectively process Online Orders, Lay By's and Credit Applications.
•  Operate in a Call Centre environment to liaise with customers regarding their Online Order or Credit Application.
•  Communicating with customers, stores, DC’s and Courier Companies to ensure every customer is assisted.
•  Liaising with stores, DC’s, Buyers and Suppliers for orders, booking dates, stock availability, service calls.
•  Filing and General administration.
•  Must be willing to work shifts and excess hours due to our extended trading hours.
•  Must be willing to perform evenings and/or night work.
•  Must be able to work on weekends including Sundays and Public Holidays.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 is essential.
•  Retail or Online experience will be advantageous.
•  Computer Literacy (MS Office).
•  Communication skills – both written and spoken.
•  Phone etiquette.
•  Understanding of an Online Shopping (E-Commerce) environment.
