As the Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition and conversion, including the recruitment events and supporting the retention strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, with a strong dotted line to the Head of School, you will be target focused and responsible for the delivery and development of a highly effective acquisition and retention function, one that is responsive to the evolving needs of student enrolment within our schools, grounded in the principles of customer service excellence and the values of Reddford House Northcliff. The Admissions Officer will bring innovative thinking and a collaborative leadership style to advise the Head of School and Head of Customer Experience, resulting in enhanced enrolment and retention outcomes for the school.
The Admissions Officer will drive enrolment success, from the initial point of enquiry until the student exits the school. This process will include responsibility for ensuring the entire database is fully utilised to allow relevant records to be accurate and up to date.

To implement the admissions commercial strategy (focused on student acquisition and retention from enquiry to enrolment) for the school, working closely with the Head of Customer Experience, the Head of School, Group marketing team and the regional CEO.
Managing potential leaver files and participating in retention focussed student and parent events.
Act as an ambassador, representing the school in engagements relating to admissions with key external stakeholders and embodying the values and ethos of Redford House Northcliff.
Requirements
Sales management experience within professional services setting.
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
An understanding of the principles of sales and marketing.
Ability to operate at a strategic level whilst ensuring translation of the strategy into clear, measurable deliverables.
