Responsibilities

•  Deal with customers in a customer centric manner.
•  Achieve individual targets.
•  Cellular and credit administration.
•  Processing transactions and cash ups.
•  Effective self management and teamwork.
•  Security and housekeeping.
•  Reception / Switchboard.

Requirements

•  Matric qualification.
•  Strong numeracy skills and ability to handle money.
•  Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel).
•  Keen attention to detail.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
•  Ability to work effectively in a team.
•  Professional telephone etiquette.
•  Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
•  Practical experience in financial and administrative roles.
•  SAP experience is advantageous.
•  Experience in cellular and credit vetting.
•  Knowledge of relevant company policies, practices, processes, and systems.
•  Conscientious and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity.
•  Ability to detect fraud.
