Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them. Know our products inside and out so you can answer questions. Communicate with customers through various channels. Responsible for managing and recovering unpaid debts from our internal clients. Monitoring and following up on outstanding debts. Negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Locate clients using external and internal sources. Able to handle questions and complaints. Requirements Grade 12. 1-2 years' experience working in a call center will be advantage. Fluent in English. Skills & Competencies Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
