Barloworld Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk Level 4 to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the SOS Laboratories (BW Transport) department.

Responsibilities

•  Accurate, on time payment of Vendors.
•  Proactively manage vendor accounts and follow up on any possible risks/problems identified.
•  Management of the age analysis.
•  Ensure that the Cheque Register are in reconciled to the ledger accounts.

Requirements

•  Grade 12.
•  Basic Numeracy skills.
•  Good analytical skills.
•  Attention to detail.
•  Accuracy.
•  Time management.
•  Sound communication skills.
•  Attention to detail.
•  SAP.
•  1-2 years’ experience.
