As a 24 Hour Flexi Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions through exceptional sales and service experiences. You will manage the customer journey from account opening to order processing, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. Your role will involve maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, managing pricing, and adhering to quality standards. You will also be responsible for general housekeeping, stock management, and providing feedback on WFS (Workforce Feedback System). Your ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements

•  Grade 12/Matric (Minimum Required).
•  1 years’ minimum experience in retail.
•  Must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
•  Working in the homewares retail industry would be advantageous.
