Silent Nite Alarms, the largest and most established Security Company in the Eastern Free State, is looking for a dedicated Alarm and CCTV Control Centre Operator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

•  Monitor alarm and CCTV systems.
•  Respond promptly to security alerts.
•  Communicate effectively with clients and emergency services.
•  Maintain accurate records and logs.
•  Solve problems efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

•  PSIRA Grade C certification.
•  Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak, read, and write.
•  Well-spoken and good with clients.
•  Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
•  Well-groomed with no criminal record or substance abuse.
•  Preferably a non-smoker (non-smokers given preference).
•  Honest and reliable, with no Criminal Record.
•  Able to work 12-hour shifts.
•  Computer literate.
