Responsibilities

•  Ensure customer orders are delivered in the desired condition, on time, and to the correct customer.
•  Attend to customer collections.
•  Assemble customer items.
•  Ensure correct paperwork is completed and customer signs the POD.
•  Be courteous to customers and willing to put in extra effort.
•  Offload and load goods.
•  Receive, quality check, put away, and pick items.
•  Perform cycle counts and stock counts.
•  Handle customer returns by wrapping, labeling, and isolating returned items.
•  Keep MPOD (Manifest Proof of Delivery) in one area.
•  Assist QA to assess or repair customer items.
•  Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards.
•  Repair and assemble customer items.
•  Count and issue tools.

Requirements

•  Aged between 18 to 28 years old.
•  Matric (Preferable).
•  Available and willing to work a fixed term 12-month contract.
•  Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year.
•  Should not be studying full time in the year of employment (April 24– March 25).
•  Should not have participated or been registered on the YES programme before.
•  Accommodation and transportation for the applicants own account (if applicable).
