We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Admin clerk to join our fast-paced retail environment where every day is unique and interesting. The primary focus of the role is to effectively administer and provide support relating to the retail E-Commerce department.

Responsibilities

•  To perform administrative duties within the department.
•  Obtain and update website and backend content.
•  Monitor and collaborate online activities, including fraudulent activities.
•  Layby and Credit applications.
•  Deal with customer in a customer centric manner.
•  Effective self-management and teamwork.

Requirements

•  Grade 12.
•  7 – 12 Months administrative experience preferably in Retail.
•  Basic Retail Knowledge.
•  Knowledge of relevant systems.
•  Content management System (Magento preferably).
•  Customer/Vendor administration exposure in a Retail environment.
•  Attention to detail.
