Midvaal Local Municipality is seeking a hard-working, self-disciplined individual to fill the position of EPWP Data Capturer. This role is crucial in handling internal queries and performing general administrative duties within the Engineering and Community Services departments.

Responsibilities

•  Handle internal queries regarding Engineering & Community Services complaints.
•  Ensure all delegated tasks by the supervisor are completed effectively and efficiently.
•  Perform general administrative duties for Engineering & Community Services.
•  Perform fast and accurate typing duties using a word processor or personal computer.
•  Capture monthly EPWP leaves and perform leave administration duties.
•  Perform any other related ad hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management.

Requirements

•  Grade 12.
•  Computer literate (MS Word, Excel).
•  Valid Driver’s License (added advantage).
•  Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual).
•  Applicants that reside within the Midvaal area will be given preference.
•  Ability to follow & execute given instructions.
•  Must meet operational requirements of the post.
•  A hard-working self-disciplined person.
•  At least 1 year experience in data capturing within Local Government Authority.
