Description

Infinity Brands is seeking a diligent and proactive Purchasing Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Zeestore orders, maintaining stock systems, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

•  Receive and action Zeestore orders for dispatch and collection.
•  Communicate picking and packing of orders with Zeestore assistant.
•  Manage communication to Zee's on all Zeestore related matters: Stock ordered, Stock invoiced and Stock dispatched.
•  Maintain Cin7 Zeestore system with updated pricing and stock items.
•  Conduct quarterly stock takes.
•  Ensure standard stock items are consistently available.
•  Update Woocommerce site for Zeestore with new items and images.
•  Report weekly and monthly on Zeestore issues, progress, and challenges.
•  Source suppliers and obtain pricing quotes where necessary.
•  Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
•  Align with the INF accounts team to ensure customer account alignment.
•  Create purchase orders under the accounts team's supervision for approved expenses.
•  Manage the Purchasing email.
•  Consistently manage own priorities to achieve all deliverables.
•  Follow any lawful and reasonable instruction from the GM.
•  Act as part of the team and assist other members to achieve common goals.
•  Consistently live and be an example of the company values.
