Responsibilities

•  Maximize Sales Opportunities: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and present complete solutions.
•  Customer Interaction: Ensure all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services.
•  Engagement: Proactively approach and engage with customers to create memorable experiences.
•  Product Knowledge: Stay informed about all iStore products and services to provide accurate and helpful advice to customers.
•  Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
•  Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

•  Matric certificate.
•  Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or alternatively, product knowledge would be an advantage.
•  Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of Apple products.
•  Excellent communication skills.
•  Ability to engage with customers and provide comprehensive solutions.
•  Genuine interest and passion for Apple products.
•  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 108 hours per month.
