The PathCare Academy invites responsible and respectful individuals who possess a well-developed work ethic and who are responsive to customer needs to apply for this Academy training programme. Applicants will be placed on a data base and contacted when trainee Data Capture positions become available.

Responsibilities

•  Accurate Data Entry: Entering patient information and other relevant data accurately into the system.
•  Maintaining Records: Ensuring all data is properly recorded and maintained for easy access and reference.
•  Quality Control: Checking for errors and inconsistencies in the data and correcting them.
•  Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of patient information.
•  Collaboration: Working effectively both as part of a team and independently.
•  Meeting Deadlines: Working efficiently to meet data entry deadlines, especially under pressure.
•  Shifts and Flexibility: Being willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 Matric.
•  A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with exceptional accuracy.
•  Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (with own transport).
•  Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
•  Concentrate effectively under pressure with good attention to detail.
•  Possess a well-developed work ethic.
