Job Purpose:

Maximizing sales by effectively delivering AWESOME customer service and providing customers with a WOW experience.

Responsibilities

•  Provide AWESOME customer service to give customers a WOW experience.
•  Attend to the unique and individual shopping needs of each customer, always putting the Customer first.
•  Ensure that customers receive prompt and relevant service on the sales floor and by telephone.
•  Adhere to all basic customer service standards.
•  Determine customers' requirements and advise on product range, price, and warranties.
•  Demonstrate, explain, and advise on products to customers.
•  Sell goods and, most importantly, add on sales and services.
•  Ensure goods are correctly priced and displayed.
•  Ensure promotions are executed timeously and plan execution in advance.
•  Adhere to all merchandising/layouts and housekeeping standards and schedules.
•  Prepare, implement, and maintain all advertised sales promotions timeously.
•  Report on fast and slow sellers to the Store Manager.
•  Participate in stock takes and stock counts.
•  Minimize stock loss.
•  Minimize expenses in the area of responsibility.
•  Maximize sales in all areas.
•  Protect the Company’s assets in the area of responsibility.

Requirements

•  Matric Certificate.
•  Six (6) months of retail experience.
•  Must have own or reliable transport to be able to work shifts.
•  Sales-driven.
•  Fantastic customer service skills.
•  Tenacious.
•  Highly motivated and target-driven.
•  Excellent selling and communication skills.
•  Merchandising.
