Description

Assist the Procurement team with administrative tasks, including purchase order management and supplier communication.

Responsibilities

•  Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
•  Conduct product and price comparisons to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
•  Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
•  Analyse data and create reports using Microsoft Excel to track procurement metrics.
•  Support the negotiation process with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
•  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of stock to stores.

Requirements

•  Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.
•  Must have a qualification in Supply chain.
•  3-6 months experience in supply chain/procurement advantageous
