Ubuntu Pathways provides youth in our community with the opportunity to be trained with essential job skills and potentially placed in job in the region

Requirements

•  Ages 20-30.
•  Has a matric certificate.
•  Does not have a university degree or equivalent (NQF level 5+).
•  Does not have a criminal record.
•  Is not currently enrolled in school or planning to go back to school within the next 12 months.
•  Has little or no work experience.
•  Has English fluency – our placements require candidates to speak English.
•  Demonstrates work ethic, commitment, and good character.
•  Candidates need to provide Ubuntu Pathways with a working number as well as a working alternative number.
