The HR Intern will assist with recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee records management, and general HR administration. Duties include posting job openings, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee files, and supporting compliance efforts. The intern will also help organize company events and assist with benefits administration. This role requires strong administrative skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Post job openings on job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and applications.
Coordinate interviews and participate in initial rounds if required.
Prepare employee welcome kits and gather paperwork.
Ensure accurate filing of new employee documentation.
Assist in exit interviews.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS or databases.
