Ideal applicants should possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Law, Engineering, or Information Technology, and prior experience is not a strict requirement.
Responsibilities
Process all assigned underwriting/claims transactions within company standards.
Contribute to the overall productivity of the underwriting/claims department.
Maintain a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
Adhere to service level agreements and company-set service standards.
Communicate professionally with internal and external parties.
Respond to queries within 24 hours and make the first attempt to resolve issues.
Ensure fair treatment of customers in all interactions.
Perform any other duties necessary for the operational effectiveness of the company within your ability and scope.
Take responsibility for personal career growth.
Engage in regular discussions with relevant role players to facilitate career development.
Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management, Insurance, Law, Engineering or Information Technology.
